This facilitates the "fit" between candidate and organization, and assures management's expectations.
Most of our assignments are worked on a Retained Basis in order to guarantee top quality candidates. A thorough search, screening and evaluation is done to provide the client with detailed interview reports of each of the final candidates selected as the best. We free the client from the details of recruitment, facilitate the selection process and save the organization valuable time.
We offer our clients a written, well defined Off-Limits Policy; once served and for approximately two years, the client is protected from our recruitment of its personnel, unless duly authorized. A Confidentiality Agreement is also included to protect our relationship with the client.
