could directly or indirectly affect our candidates, if they decide to accept to move to a
new company. We believe we can be straightforward about interviews, reasons for
rejection, offer negotiations, benefits, job content and other issues.
We will maintain the confidentiality
of our candidates consideration for a change. We will request for their
authorization prior to submitting their qualifications to any corporation. On the
other hand, we expect all information provided to our candidates be regarded as
confidential.
We have more than 35,000 resumes in
our computerized data bank. Our Research Department reviews and maintains this
information updated through periodic contacts; however, candidates are expected to inform
of any changes regarding address, phone, employment, or contact information.
