approach to executive search at Palacios & Associates requires that all members of the
Firm's professional staff be knowledgeable in a broad spectrum of functional disciplines
and associations as well as accomplished in executive recruitment.
Off-Limits policy:
We believe that
good business judgment dictates that a firm engaged in executive searches is ethically
bound not to consider candidates who work with organizations regarded as clients unless a
clear and prior understanding exists between the client and the candidate to the effect
that the candidate has definitely decided to leave our client's employ in any event.
We hold to this ethical conduct and can in no event consider an individual who is
currently associated with a client. A "Client" is defined as a
corporation which has established a formal and continued working relationship with our
firm, and we have filled positions on a staff or management level. Also, it is our
policy not to pursue placed candidates for any other position that we may have available
during this employment with our served company.
Confidentiality:
We will treat as
highly confidential all information concerning our clients, its organization and business
plans. We expect that they will also treat the information presented to them as
highly confidential and for their exclusive use.
Ethics:
We
are the only search firm in PR who is a member of
the National Association of Executive Recruiters (NAER), and we pledge fully to its strict
standards of ethical practices and professional requirements. We also stand by the
Association of Executive Search Consultants Code of Ethics.
